With staff strength of over 150 personnel, the company is looking for talented individuals for SECRETARY for Jakarta Office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing administrative/secretarial
- Scheduling appointments, coordinate meetings/ Reception, telephone/visitor screening,
- Prepare reports and correspondence and translation
- Assist in general word-processing, reporting and presentation materials
- Assist in office administration
- Maintain accurate and efficient filing systems for the department
- Assist in handling general external queries referred
- Assist in arranging meetings, functions, luncheons and overseas travel
Requirements:
- Excellent English
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Good personalities, self confidence and high motivation
- High integrity and loyalty
- A disciplined approach to work , honest, responsibility and trustworthy
- Able to work effectively and under pressure
- Ability to take initiative and work independently or as teamwork, work under pressure, multitask and attention to detail
- Female (max) age of 30 years old and dynamic outlook will be well regarded
- Graduated from reputable secretarial academy / D-3
- Min 2 years of secretarial and admin experience in the related field is required for this position
- Team-player
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
