We have an immediate opening for the position as a
Shift Supervisor ( Bojonegoro - Jawa Timur )
Responsibilities:
- Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
- Ensure smooth production operation during shift.
- Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
- Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
- Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and Plant Manager.
- Ensure a clean and safe work area.
- Education Background : at least diploma in Chemical engineering , Oil Refinery
- Experiences : min 2-3 years in the same position. Preferably in Oil & Gas Operation
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Good deal of field knowledge and know how in the safe operations
