Organization Profile:
Cordia Caritas Medan is a humanitarian organisation under the Archdiocese of Medan and also the member of the Caritas Internationalis association. It was established on February 2005 as the response of tsunami disaster that occurred in Aceh at the end of 2004. Cordia itself helps in overcoming the tsunami victims in Aceh and Nias as well. Cordia has three program divisions for current projects. There are Social Division, DRR and ER Division and Livelihood Divison. Cordia has been running project of CMDRR in some areas of North Sumatra. Therefore Cordia is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position below :
1. Job Title : Field Officer
Required Number : 1 (one) person

Position Summary:
CMDRR Field Officer is responsible in facilitating CMDRR project in selected community, should willing to travel to out of town and stay in the village for a few days regularly every month. The field officer will be responsible in providing activities report and monthly progress report to project manager.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Consolidates information and progress reports from Focal Points and Community Organizations and prepares required information for DRR ER Coordinator through DRR Project Officer.
· Also responsible to support Group Leader in terms of group activity, documentation, reporting as required.
· In charge of the monthly monitoring of the CMDRR Program through getting involved in all community activities in the assigned CMDRR selected areas.
· Preparing and involve in mid-term and yearly evaluation of the community action planning.
· Attending and follow up every community organization's meeting and be responsible on the decisions taken through providing guidance for each Community Organizations to take and improved action.
· Make sure the Community Organization accomplish their Action Planning and/or make internal review as necessary to do adjustment if required with authorization from the Group Leader.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum S1 on any field.
2. At least 2 years progressive experience in community facilitation and mobilization, especially CMDRR area working in NGO or others
3. Have experience work in community level

Position Summary:
For CMDRR projects, the Finance Administration Assistant is responsible for providing financial and administrative Services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. The Finance and Administration must comply with the Financial Administration Act, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and municipal financial by-laws, policies and procedures.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· To effectively and efficiently manage the administration of Drop In Centre and Recovery Center finances and according to approved rules and regulations in the organizational financial procedures.
· To ensure that sound financial management practices are developed and maintained.
· Perform weekly forecast of operational expenditures for Drop in Center and outreach program to finance manager in Cordia.
· Perform weekly liquidation of advances and settlement of expenditure through presentation of original voucher to book keeper in Cordia
· Perform the day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure that project finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
· Prepare, in collaboration with Project and Finance Manager, cash flow and budget monitoring records.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Diploma 3 on Accounting
At least 2 years progressive experience in finance and administration working in NGO
Skills/Knowledge:
Demonstrated experience with data entry and record keeping, Ability to work with computers computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs, and email at a highly proficient level.
