Lamjabat Foundation (YL) is one local NGO located in Ujung Pancu, Peukanbada, Aceh Besar, which has been operating in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar since December 2004.
Currently seeking YL Expert Staff to join the Team YL in the current program "Empowering Communities to the Rescue Direction Sustainable Environment and Livelihoods in the Framework of Poverty and Disaster Risk Reduction in Future Periods of the Community-Based".
School Coordinator Environment and Outbound (SLO)
Job Summary:
This position works very intimately with the DRR / Environment Training & Education Coordinator supports the implementation of the program and ensure achievement of targeted programs, schedule and budget.
Job Description:
1. Play an active role as a Team leader for the team and Outbound Training School (SLO)
2. Work plan and budget together with the team for Neighborhood Schools program and Outbound (SLO) and Outreach to the school or village within their program and budget
3. SLO activity coordination with other teams in the YL
4. Participation in meetings coordinator
5. Come participate in the activities of SLO.
6. Monitoring and evaluation of team work SLO
7. Improve team motivation and identify needs for capacity building / Training
8. Making planning learning activities, create a roster along with the teachers before the fall spaciousness.
9. Develop a learning curriculum that already exists.
10. Making environmental education modules together with the teachers.
11. Adjust funding effectively and well in accordance with the program activities.
12. Coordinating with the schools and related offices in SLO outreach team
13. Support networking and coordination with NGOs / NGOs / INGOs, governments and other stakeholders are important in relation to effective cooperation and information sharing.
14. Make reporting of activities per month
15. Collecting all the data related activities there SLO
16. Working so intimately with the DRR / Environment Training & Education Coordinator and Team Environment Information Center and permaculture (PILIP) to solve problems during teambul application program.
17. Dedicated to issues - conservation issues, especially issues - issues related to forests, marine and environmental health
18. Monitoring and evaluation of programs from the perspective of the children's parents.
Job Specification:
Essential:
Pendidikan minimal S1 from various relevant fields, preferably educational backgrounds.
Having experience in same position minimum 1 year with NGOs / NGOs / INGOs
Having 1 year experience working with children program beneficiaries, children, adolescents and women
Experience with the world of education and alternative income programs
Have experience in interacting and communicating with stakeholders such as NGOs / NGOs / INGOs, with school teachers, principals, students, local communities and the Department of Education.
Having experience with the administration of the program including program reports and program documentation in accordance with the desired standard donor
Supervise staff had to
High organizational capacity, including the ability to think strategically, analyze and be able to create and manage the planning and funding in an effective and well
Can work alone or team with minimal supervision in an efficient, systematic and organized even within a time limit.
The ability to write and communicate with the Indonesian language well and correctly.
Have very good skills in operating computer Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and internet.
Have a commitment to increase the capacity of vulnerable communities through training and education to children and adolescents.
Flexible properties, Patience, tolerance, honesty and motivate
Able to work in local ngo / non-profit environment
Preferable:
1. Having knowledge about the environment and disaster mitigation.
2. Having a network with other institutions in Aceh.
3. Close to the world of children
4. Can communicate with the language of Aceh
5. Having knowledge of how to deal with existing community
