PT. Tumbakmas Niagasakti is fully owned subsidiary of PT. Rodamas group and we are nationwide leading consumer goods distributor, looking for:

Operation System Coordinator
(Jakarta Raya)

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collect Monthly Activity Plan (MAP) from ALL Manager, especially Sales department
  • Compile National Sales Operating Manual for each Manager and distribute the editing copies.
  • Understand distributor business process (PDCA) is an advantage
  • Ensure the schedule of PDCA meeting of each area and collect the reports
  • Circulate Head Office Minutes of Meeting for each attendance and sent notice if there is re-schedule of meeting or activities
  • Ensure the implementation of correction has been followed up by each area
  • Remind Area Manager to sent the weekly activities report to Head Office

Requirements:

  • Female, minimal Bachelor degree with GPA min 3
  • Max age 30, and having experience in consumer products for a minimum of 3 years
  • Having strong leadership quality to drive the area to fulfill the committed report
  • Enable to motivate area person in charged to sent the report on time
  • Having good communication skill and interpersonal skills
  • Having strong analytical and logical thinking
